Program Management

Even the best programs cannot be fully effective unless they are well managed. PIRE provides broad expertise and skill in program management for its clients. The program management function often includes knowledge dissemination and technology transfer. PIRE staff members also consult on effective management practices for community-based organizations, state agencies and public health organizations overseas.
