Proposal Abstract
The Pacific Institute for Research & Evaluation will serve as external evaluator on the Kentuch State Personnel Development Grant. Duties include: Parcipation in managment team meetings. Meeting monthly with HOI evaluation staff. Assisting in refinement of project logic models. Reviewing and providng feedback on draft instruments and analyses Assisting in periodic, annual and final reporting. Assisting in devloping presentations and other types of dissemination activities. Representing the KY SPDG team on SIGnetwork conference calls and national meetings.
