Proposal Abstract
PIRE will use its best efforts and shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and facilities to provide estimate of costs associated with index crimes (except arson) and police-reported traffic crashes by KABCA severity-adjusted for Michigan 2009. PIRE will also provide costs separately for alcohol-involved crashes, motorcycle crashes, crashes of young drivers (20 years and younger), and unbelted occupants.  All work will be completed within three months of the beginning date.
