Holly Torske serves as the Deputy Director for the Underage Drinking Enforcement Training Center in the Calverton Center at the Pacific Institute of Research and Evaluation (PIRE), funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). Ms. Torske joined PIRE in 2001.

In her functional role as a Deputy Director, Ms. Torske supervises the administrative support staff; and is the staff lead for discretionary programs and activities (college discretionary, military discretionary and state assessment, strategic planning, and implementation initiative discretionary), media and college trainings, and environmental strategies trainings. She is also the staff liaison for technical assistance and training to 6 states, acts as a collegiate relations and judicial liaison in addressing underage drinking initiatives within college and judicial environments, and works on special projects as assigned by the Underage Drinking Enforcement Training Center.

Ms. Torske is a graduate of St. Olaf College in Minnesota with a B.A. Degree in Psychology. She possesses a strong background in the areas of management, training, development, strategic planning, and finance. Ms. Torske also possesses experience working with Youth at Risk and has had the pleasure of teaching GED classes, Adult Education classes, and English as a Second Language overseas.
