Proposal Abstract
The purpose of this Task Order is to award contracts(s) for State(s) to conduct high visilibity enforcement of impaired motorcycle riding. The objective of this task order is to provide an independent evaluation of the extent to which the impaired riding crackdowns implemented at selected sites influence attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors related to impaired motorcycle riding.
