Proposal Abstract
The objective of this procurement request is to have the Contractor analyze the data received from each site and prepare a final technical report that contains a description of the RBS programs implemented, the findings on the effectiveness of the strategy (e.g., input, output, intermediate, and outcome measures), and recommendations about future implementation of such strategies. Specifically, the impact of environmental strategies, such as RBS to reduce bar patron’s blood alcohol content thereby reducing their relative risk for being involved in an alcohol related crash or other related activity.
