Proposal Abstract
PIRE will assist PerformTech with the effort to convert the "Riders Helping Riders" training program to an electronic format that includes both a full-length and condensed CD-Rom version. The full-length version of the training program will be made available to motorcyclists for use at home, rider club meetings, etc. With conversion and continuation of this training program NHTSA seeks to reduce the number of alcohol-related crashes, injuries, and fatalities among motorcyclists.
