Proposal Abstract
Dr. Robert Voas of PIRE has agreed to sub-contract the analysis and preparation of the journal article based on the survey data collected from this 1999 National Survey of Drinking and Driving Attitudes and Behaviors to The Gallup Organization. In addition, Dr. Voas has agreed to assist in questionnaire evaluation.
