Proposal Abstract
National Public Services Research Institute will provide services to the Georgetown University Child Development Center.
The scope of services will include:
Assist in remaining tape sessions for video
Prepare tapes for editing
Assist in offline and final editing
Screen for and prepare narrator
Polish scripts
Review previous tape catalogues

In Modification # 1 - Due to a mutual desire on the part of the parties to modify the subcontract agreement that was originally signed by Georgetown University on February 29, 2000, the modifications below are made to the existing agreement (See file for details):

Article I. STATEMENT OF WORK has additional services included.

Article III. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE has been deleted in its entirety and replaced.

Article IV. CONSIDERATION AND ALLOWABLE COSTS has been deleted in its entirety and replaced.

All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a unilateral modification.
